BYO frames
When you get your prescription and purchase new lenses from us, we give you the option of bringing your own frames. BYO frames allows you to hold on to your favourite frames or get glasses made with frames you bought elsewhere.
Our certified Optical Dispensers measure, fit and make complete prescription glasses, that fit perfectly on your face, in-house. This means:
- You have the option of bringing your own frames.
- Your new prescription glasses will be ready for collection in a much shorter timeframe. For single vision jobs, it can sometimes be ready within 1–2 days!
Bring your own frame with you on your next grocery run or appointment and our certified Optical Dispensers can assess whether it’s appropriate to put new lenses in them.
BYO FRAME Conditions
- Your frames must be assessed by our staff as being in a reusable condition.
- You must get your prescription from us and purchase lenses as specified by that prescription from us.
- Warranties exist for lenses we stock.
- No warranties on frames that you bring to us.
