- Promotion period: This promotion is valid from 15 June 2025 to 5 July 2025 (inclusive). All eligible purchases made during this period will receive the applicable discount at the time of purchase.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to all clients who purchase any of the following at Kellyville Optical during the promotional period: full-priced optical frames; full-priced sunglasses; prescription hard lenses for glasses.
- Offer details: Eligible items will receive the following discounts: $50 off each full-priced optical frame; $50 off each set of prescription lenses for glasses; purchases that include both a full-priced frame and lenses will receive a total discount of $100. Clients may purchase multiple items, and the discount will apply to each eligible product.
- Exclusions: The promotion excludes contact lenses, accessories, sale items. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional package.
- Availability: Offer available in-store only, while stock lasts. No rainchecks will be provided.
- Refunds and exchanges: Prescription lenses and lens-fitted frames are custom-made to your individual needs and cannot be returned for change of mind. As per Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Non-prescription items (such as unused frames or sunglasses with stock lenses) may be eligible for exchange in line with our standard store policy.
- Liability and disclaimers: Kellyville Optical is not responsible for any issues arising from misuse or mishandling of discounted products after purchase. By participating in this promotion, clients agree that Kellyville Optical and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury related to products purchased under this promotion.
- Changes and cancellations: Kellyville Optical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any disputes related to this offer will be handled at the sole discretion of Kellyville Optical.

Employees of Kellyville Optical and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Prize details: Participants have the chance to win one of the following prizes: 1 x ‘Police 40 Limited Anniversary Collection’ sunglasses or 1 x ‘Ray-Ban Caravan Reverse’ sunglasses. The prizes will be awarded randomly, and winners cannot select which prize they receive.
- Prize draw and notification: The draw will take place on 4 March 2025 at Kellyville Optical. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via the contact details on client file. Winners will also be announced on Kellyville Optical’s social media channels.
- Prize collection: Winners must collect their prize in-store within 60 days from the date of notification. If a prize remains uncollected after 60 days, Kellyville Optical reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible participant.
- Limitations: This promotion is limited to one prize per customer. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services. The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional packages.

- Promotion period: This promotion is valid from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive).
- Eligibility: The promotion applies to the purchase of all prescription lenses at Kellyville Optical during the promotional period.
- Discount details: Customers are eligible to receive 50% off the second pair of prescription lenses when purchasing two pairs of prescription lenses in a single transaction. The first pair must be of equal or higher value than the second pair to qualify for the discount.
- Conditions: The 50% discount applies only to lenses purchased for the same customer. Both pairs must include prescription lenses. The discount applies only to the lenses and does not include frames unless otherwise stated.
- Limitations: This promotion is limited to one discounted second pair per customer. The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional packages.
- Refunds and exchanges: Refunds are not available for the discounted second pair. Exchanges for the second pair are permitted in accordance with Kellyville Optical’s exchange policy.
