Tell your friend to mention your first and last name when they come in for their appointment.

If they’re a new patient and purchase a complete set of prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses valued at $299 or more, they’ll get $50 off their purchase.

3. You get $50 off
Once they complete their qualifying purchase, we’ll email you a $50 voucher to use at your next appointment. Your voucher is valid for 30 days.

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. You’ll receive a $50 voucher for every successful referral — and you can combine your referral vouchers.

Terms & conditions

  1. Promotion period: The Refer a Friend offer is valid for qualifying new patient appointments completed at Kellyville Optical between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026, inclusive. The referred friend’s appointment and qualifying purchase must be completed during this period.
  2. The Refer a Friend offer is available to existing Kellyville Optical clients who refer a new patient to Kellyville Optical.
  3. A new patient is a person who has no existing personal patient file in the Kellyville Optical management system at the time of their qualifying appointment.
  4. The referred friend must provide the referrer’s first and last name at their appointment. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively after the appointment.
  5. To qualify, the referred friend must purchase a complete set of prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses, consisting of a frame and prescription lenses, with a combined value of $299 or more at their appointment.
  6. The $299 minimum qualifying value is calculated on the combined value of the prescription lenses and frame before the $50 referral discount is applied. For example, prescription lenses and a frame with a combined value of $299 qualify for the offer and will be reduced to $249 after the $50 discount.
  7. The referred friend will receive $50 off their qualifying purchase.
  8. Following a successful referral, the referrer will receive a $50 voucher by email within 48 hours of the referred friend’s qualifying purchase.
  9. The referrer’s $50 voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of the email and can be used towards any product or service purchased at their next appointment at Kellyville Optical.
  10. Referral vouchers that have been validly issued may be redeemed after the promotion ends on 30 November 2026, provided they are redeemed within their individual 30-day validity period.
  11. Each $50 voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. No cash, change or credit will be provided for any unused value.
  12. Referral vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the client to whom they were issued.
  13. There is no limit to the number of friends an eligible client may refer. One $50 voucher will be issued for each successful referral.
  14. Multiple referral vouchers issued to the same client may be combined and redeemed in the same transaction.
  15. The friend’s $50 referral discount and the referrer’s referral vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Multiple referral vouchers may be combined with each other.
  16. Family members may refer one another, provided the referred family member meets the new patient eligibility requirements.
  17. Self-referrals are not permitted.
  18. If the referred friend’s qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed before the associated referral voucher has been redeemed, Kellyville Optical may cancel the unused referral voucher.
  19. Kellyville Optical reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a referral reward where it reasonably believes the promotion has been misused, manipulated or obtained fraudulently.
  20. Kellyville Optical reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend offer at any time, subject to applicable law.
  21. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  22. Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Kellyville Optical’s Privacy Policy.
