In most cases, getting a new pair of frames would be the best solution, but if you do have an attachment to them, some may be able to be repaired with a solder, sand and repaint. Bring them in so we can see if anything can be done to save them.

Broken nylons can cause the lens to pop out, and we simply rethread new nylon in to replace the broken one and your lens will sit snugly again.

Sadly, no. Buffing affects the prescription, which means you wouldn’t be able to see clearly—or at all. A replacement lens is the only way forward.
